History

The Park View Residential Home has been owned by the Crowe family since 1985 and is currently run by son, Andrew , who also prepares most of the meals for residents.

Park View is the longest family owned / run Residential Care Home in Ilfracombe, North Devon.

The Home was built in 1909 and was previously known as the Ilfracombe Maternity Hospital. Some of the Park View residents actually had their babies here!!

The building is a large, detached residence, situated above Bicclescombe Park,with well kept gardens and patios over looking the Victorian town of Ilfracombe and the beautiful valley leading down to the sea, and is ideally close to the bus stop and only a 2 minute drive to local shops.
